Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the betjlle platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, sports betting section, live casino, slots library, or any promotional feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept them as legally binding. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first create an account or, if you began using the platform prior to registration, from the moment you first accessed it.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by betjlle, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other covered sports), live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game show titles), RNG slot titles, promotional offers, loyalty programs, and customer support interactions. They apply across all access methods including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future applications.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a third party or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that party to these Terms. betjlle does not accept anonymous accounts. All accounts must correspond to a real, identifiable individual who meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Section 02

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on betjlle, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. betjlle applies a strict minimum age policy. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any service on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your location. Persons who have been legally declared incapacitated are not eligible.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or account closure imposed by betjlle or by any responsible gaming body to which you have voluntarily applied.
• Personal registration: You must register solely on your own behalf, using your own true identity, contact information, and payment methods. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and payment account details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• One account only: You are permitted to hold only one account on betjlle. Any additional accounts discovered will be closed and balances within them may be forfeited without notice.

betjlle reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Accepted documents include a valid National ID (NID) card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Accounts for which satisfactory documentation cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or permanently closed.

Section 03

Account Management

Once registered and verified, your betjlle account provides access to all platform services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) method linked to your account.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. betjlle will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betjlle support immediately at support@betjlle so that your account can be secured without delay.

betjlle employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections, two-factor authentication via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number, and automatic session timeout after a period of inactivity. These technical measures protect your account, but they are supplementary to — not a replacement for — your own responsibility to maintain secure login practices.

betjlle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2
• Collusion with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit platform systems
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with any platform service
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated against betjlle

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted in good faith prior to the closure event — and that are not related to the grounds for closure — will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be voided in their entirety.

Section 05

Betting Rules and Wager Policies

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the betjlle platform, across all sports and casino products. By placing any wager, you confirm your acceptance of these rules in full.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical error, connectivity failure, or any other reason are considered void and no liability is accepted by betjlle.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. betjlle reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet. betjlle is not liable for any odds that were displayed but changed before confirmation was received.
• Void bets: betjlle reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, placed on markets that were opened or closed in error, or placed in circumstances that suggest exploitation of a system error.
• In-play betting: For in-play (live) betting markets, bets may be suspended or refused at any time during an event. This is a standard operational practice to manage trading risk and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Disputed results: All decisions regarding the settlement of bets and the interpretation of sports results are made by betjlle's trading team and are final, subject only to a formal dispute process initiated within 30 days of settlement.
• Casino game rules: Each casino game title has its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
• Currency of settlement: All bets and settlements are processed in BDT. betjlle is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that may affect a player's perception of winnings when converted to any other currency.

betjlle's cricket betting markets cover the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, among other competitions. Specific rules for each cricket market — including rules regarding abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications, and over-reduction scenarios — are published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Section 06

Bonuses and Promotions

betjlle offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL Finals, T20 World Cup knockout stages, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the individual promotion page and must be read prior to opting in.

The following general conditions apply to all betjlle promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to players who meet the general eligibility requirements in Section 2 and any additional criteria specified in the promotion terms. betjlle reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous wagering requirement is outstanding may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• No cash equivalents: Bonus credits and free spins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds, once wagering requirements are met, may be withdrawn.
• Misuse: betjlle reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional mechanics in bad faith.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

betjlle provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to all platform services, we do not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjlle's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. betjlle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

betjlle is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption to the platform caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Actions taken by a third party who gained access to your account due to your failure to maintain secure credentials
• Reliance on information published on the platform that was subsequently found to contain an error
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners
• Any tax liability you may incur in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received via betjlle

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit betjlle's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.
